"My friend and I came up with these cute little guys during the week of Thanksgiving - super cute and fun to make! The pretzels get soft after a day, so they are best served on the day made (or just add the pretzels when you are planning to serve)"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Using a frosting tool, swirl chocolate frosting onto cooled cupcakes. If I run out, I make a couple of white turkeys with the vanilla frosting as there will be leftover vanilla frosting.

Step 2

Then make a small swirl with the chocolate frosting for the head towards one edge of the cupcake. Use the white frosting to make two eyes and add a halved reeses piece for the nose.

Step 3

Next dip pretzel sticks into white frosting and roll into colored sugar - using 5 colors/sticks for each cupcake. Insert colored pretzel sticks into back end of the cupcake (opposite of face) to make the turkey's fan.
