"I found this recipe in a TOH 2013 Quick Cooking Annual Recipes and it was sent into them by Judy Batson from Tampa,Florida. There are several reasons why I like this recipe, first of all it uses leftover turkey,or chicken. And you certainly can't go wrong with a recipe that uses cheese & onions. I have included the time for cooking the pasta into the prep time. The original recipe didn't have pepper or garlic powder, those were my own additions. Now it serves 4,but I'm pretty sure you could get 6 servings with bread and a salad. This is good. We liked the addition of the onions. I used chicken in place of the turkey . We just had rolls and a salad with it to complete our meal.
