Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook macaroni according to package directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile in a small bowl combine the egg, cream and butter; set aside.

Step 3

Drain macaroni; add in the Parmesan cheese, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, garlic, salt, pepper and reserved egg mixture; toss to coat, then stir in the tuna and spinach.

Step 4

Transfer to a greased 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese.

Step 5

Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree F oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted.
