I made this last night to take to work for my lunch, but tasted before I left. Delicious! I am so glad I did because I had to forego lunch today. I am so looking forward to enjoying this tomorrow. I agree with other reviewers....the dressing is delicious!!

I’ve been wanting to make this version of tuna salad for a while and we were so well pleased with the results. So good and kept on going back for just another spoon. I did up the curry powder by a touch. Love the crunch of the veggies and noodles. Yum. Thank you, Teresa, for sharing. Made if for Best of 2022 tag game as recommended by DieniaB.

Another 10 stars - we loved this! And since I now have chow mein noodles, I'll be making this again soon!

Ten stars! Absolutely love this tuna salad. The dressing is unusual and oh-so-good!!! The chow mein noodles add a satisfying crunch, as do the veggies. This will make a really good work-lunch, provided you carry the noodles separately, so they don't get soggy. No more boring salads! Thanks for sharing- it's a keeper!

Oh this was soooooo good! I halved the recipe and thought it still made enough for 2 people (but I ended up eating it all). I was a little unsure of using curry powder and soy sauce but am so glad I didn't change the recipe. It's absolutely delicious. In addition to the great sauce mixture, I especially loved the addition of peas and chow mien noodle. Thank you!
