Tuna and Green Olive Sandwich Spread
"A very easy sandwich spread you can whip up in a few minutes. It can be used right away; however, the flavor is much better if you let it sit for about half an hour in the refrigerator. I love this on toasted bread with lettuce."
- 1 (170 gram) can flaked tuna, drained
- 1/3 cup mayo
- 1 tablespoon pickled green olives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 green onion, white and green parts, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
