Step by Step Method

Step 1

Chop tomato, pepper and onions into small cubes. Add rest of ingredients.

Step 2

Simmer ingredients together until mixture is quite dark, stirring occasionally in beginning as it thickens stir more frequently. Watch closely.

Step 3

Pour into jars.

Step 4

Put jars in deep pan, cover with water, boil for 30 minutes(water bath method).
