Lots of good flavor in this. I did make a couple of changes. We don't care for Minute Rice, so I doubled the amount of juice and cooked long grained white rice (1 cup) for 20 minutes and also added some chopped parsley while cooking..
- 1 cup orange juice (pure)
- 1 cup instant rice (Minute rice)
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
What You Will Need
No special items needed.
Whisk together all the ingredients except for the rice in a pot.
Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stir in rice; cover and set aside for 10 minutes.
Fluff with a fork and enjoy!
