I made the sauce to have with my Chinese egg rolls and I loved it! It was nice and spicy but not too hot, with just enough heat for me. I can't wait to try it with sushi, as this is usually what I use to dip it in when I make it at home. Thanks for sharing this recipe with us Bergy! Linda
