This is a fantastic Thai chicken recipe, we really enjoyed this. I left the skin on the thighs as per hubby's request then once cooked I placed the chicken pieces on a baking sheet and under the broiler to crisp the skin. We enjoyed this with rice which we drizzled the tasty juices over. This recipe will be made often.

This is absolutely delicious. I hope you won't mind but I took some liberties with the recipe. I used 4 chicken breasts, and I added a bag of frozen stir fry veggies to the pan. I did double the sauce. The sauce is so amazing! This made the best baked chicken with veggies we have ever had. Bergy that sauce is so wonderful! It truly made the dish! We served over rice and hubby asked me 3 times until I finally was able to post a review. He wanted to make sure you knew how wonderful we thought this was!

Delicious and moist dish. I used crunchy peanut butter, as that's what was on hand.

This chicken gets 5 stars with me and the family agrees! My son actually made them and we all wiped our plates clean. You will too if you try them!

Yummo! We love this chicken with its Asian influence. I made some Jasmine rice to have as a side, and I made extra sauce to have to go over the rice. I chose asparagus to have as a vegetable and I roasted them with parmesan cheese. What a delightful dinner we had!
