Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine sugar and 3 tbsp flour. Stir in the peaches and lemon juice.
Step 3
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour and pecans. Cut in the butter until mixture is crumbly.
Step 4
Layer 1/3 of pecan mixture across bottom of pie shell. Top with peach mixture.
Step 5
Spread remaining pecan mixture over peach mixture.
Step 6
Bake until peaches are tender (about 40 minutes). Allow a few minutes for pie to cool before serving with yummy ice cream along side each slice.
