Step by Step Method
Step 1
Chop steak into square chunks a little over 1" thick. If you're defrosting the steak, cut it up when it's still partially frozen, it's easier that way.
Step 2
Combine marinade ingredients in a ziplock bag and place steak cubes inside. Seal and squish around for the meat is well coated, then place in fridge overnight.
Step 3
Soak wooden skewers in water for 10 minutes.
Step 4
Chop up vegetables in similar size pieces to steak, then assemble kabobs over rimmed baking sheet.
Step 5
Preheat grill to medium heat, then brush kabobs with marinade. Place on grill and cook, uncovered, 3 minutes per side. Continue basting and turning until done to your liking, around 8-10 minutes.
