"Since our summmer's here where I live are short we try to grill everyday of the week and I love searching and experimenting with new grilling recipes, since we love salmon I thought this was worth trying out, this is a new favorite it's some of the best salmon! Adapted from allrecipes.com (I made a couple of changes)"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Season salmon fillets with the lemon pepper, garlic powder, and salt.

Step 2

In a bowl combine the soy sauce, brown sugar, water, oil minced garlic and green onion, stir to dissolve the sugar.

Step 3

Place the fish in a large resealable plastic bag and add the soy sauce mixture. Seal and turn to make sure all the fish is coated well. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

Step 4

Preheat your grill to medium heat.

Step 5

Lightly spray the grill grate. Place the salmon on the preheated grill and cook the salmon for about 5-6 minutes per side or until the fish flakes easily with a fork (you need to be careful you do not overcook the fish or it will be dry).

Step 6

Serve and enjoy.
