Teriyaki Beef (Slow Cooker)
"Since in Japanese 'Teri' means luster, and 'Yaki' means broil or grill, this slow cooker recipe is done a little differently. The murin adds the 'luster' to the dish (so don't substitute that ingredient) and, just before serving, the beef is broiled for a few minutes. Note that the beef is marinated overnight. "
