"On a recent trip to the "Big City", I lucked upon some blood oranges - the first I've ever seen in Costa Rica! I remembered seeing this cocktail recipe on the Tommy Bahama website, and knew I had to buy them. It did not disappoint, even though I had to tweak it significantly! NOTE: the blood oranges were sweet, not tart as I expected. If your oranges are tart, you may need to increase the simple syrup. If you live in the land of plenty (ie: Trader Joes and Whole Foods), look up the original recipe (T.B. Mine) on the Tommy Bahama website. Sounds scrumptious!"
