Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400°. Spray a muffin tin with vegetable oil. (12 total muffins.)

Step 2

Break each tater tot in half into a large bowl. Tater tots should be thawed.

Step 3

Add to the tater tots, 1 cup cheese and all the rest of the ingredients. Mix well.

Step 4

Press mixture into the muffin tins evenly and press down firmly to compact them.

Step 5

Cover each muffin with the remaining cup of cheese.

Step 6

Bake on a cookie sheet for 30-40 minutes until browned nicely. Let stand 5 minutes before removing from muffin tins and serve hot!
