Step by Step Method

Step 1

I put this on a 12" round platter but any dish is fine.

Step 2

Put cream cheese in a bowl and beat with mixer; slowly add the taco sauce and beat well; spread this on a platter.

Step 3

Make even layers of the following: lettuce, diced tomatoes, green pepper, onion, black and green olives nicely arranged; lastly the cheddar cheese all over the top (my photo does not have the cheese because I was out but by the time we ate it, I had gone to the store and gotten some (smile).

Step 4

Use corn chips or tortilla chips for scooping up the platter.

Looking forward to summer and gazebo time I have been looking for new to us appetizers to have on hand for summer company. Loved this one and can't wait to serve it to family and friends!
