Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Step 2

In skillet on stove top saute onions in butter until tender, do not brown.

Step 3

Add potatoes, cheese, salt and pepper and mix well.

Step 4

Spoon the mixture into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish.

Step 5

Beat together eggs and milk, pour over onion mixture.

Step 6

Bake for 20-30 minutes, until golden.

Step 7

Allow to cool for 5 minutes before cutting.
