"This is a nice change from the traditional brown sugar or mustard glaze. It is sweet, spicy and the mustard offers a nice tang. This can be used on any ham to be baked, ham steaks; and equally as good on pork tenderloin, chops or roasts. This makes a fair amount of glaze and will keep in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 weeks."

This was a great tasting ham and we loved it. It was just me and the hubs this year so I cut the recipe down and used a ham steak. I will definitely make this for us again when the whole family is here.

Great recipe - I basted the ham four times and it came out with a golden hue that looked wonderful. I pierced the ham with cloves. Excellent recipe Thanks KC 27 March 16 Made again this time using Black Current jelly - lovely flavour. Enjoyed just as much the second time around.
