"This is such a quick easy glaze/sauce to use with chicken, pork, or beef. It takes just a couple of minutes to put together and it adds such a nice flavor to grilled meat. I have used this on whole chicken and breasts, kabobs, pork tenderloins, and steak; but, you could easily use this on your favorite cuts. It is just as the title says ... The berries are sweet, but the horseradish and mustard really add a "tang" to the glaze."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix everything in a small bowl or cup and refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 2

Grill ... Use just as you would BBQ sauce. Brush the glaze/sauce on often during cooking. Jellies are sugary, so they can burn; so, it is best to grill over indirect heat if using an outdoor grill.

Step 3

ENJOY!

I had Smuckers Mixed Fruit Jelly and saw this recipe so I made it to pour over pork chops before baking them in the oven. It was delicious!

This worked very well on chicken breast. I seasoned the breasts with garlic powder, salt and pepper and started them over indirect heat on the grill then moved them to direct heat and brushed them with the glaze every 15 minutes until cooked through. I used sugar free blueberry jelly, YUM!!!
