"This was a Paula Deen recipe that I adapted just a little... These yummy morsels of chicken wrapped in bacon have a lovely flavor with just a little kick from the chili powder, but not hot at all. It is a great recipe and one I use often while entertaining. I made these for an 80th birthday party for my aunt, and everyone went crazy for hours. It took them out of the fridge, put them on a broiler pan and baked them for almost one hour to get the bacon on the crispy side. The cooking time is definitely off on these. (If you want crispy bacon that is). For any occasion these are a hit in my family and I make them every chance I get. Yes, I love em and so does everyone else!"

I made these out on the grill over med heat and once bacon was cooked turned down to low heat, and they came out amazing! They taste so good it's hard not to eat them all by yourself! I doubled the recipe and cut bigger chicken chunks so they took a little longer to grill up. An instant hit with us!

Probably the best appetizer I have ever encountered, and at the top of the list to do again extremely soon! Love the sweet spicy combo of these delicious little morsels of heaven! It makes a lot, but I will still double it next time.

Paula sure knew what she was doing when she made this one! Wow are they deliciousss! I made them awhile back to bring to my boyfriends parents house and they went like hotcakes! I plan to make them for Thanksgiving. Make sure you cook them long enough to crisp up the bacon. It makes them extra delicious!
