Step by Step Method

Step 1

Place the ketchup, sugar and vinegar in a small sauce pan and heat gently for 2-3 minutes until the sugar has dissolved; set aside.

Step 2

Cook the egg noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.

Step 3

Heat the oil in a wok or large skillet and cook the pork strips over high heat for 2-3 minutes until beginning to turn golden, then add the ginger, garlic, snow peas and carrot.

Step 4

Stir-fry an additional 2 minutes then add the bean sprouts and stir-fry for 1 more minute until piping hot.

Step 5

Add the warm drained noodles and sauce and toss over the heat, using 2 spoons to mix really well, and heat through.
