Fantastic meatballs! Some of the best I've had. We loved the nutmeg undertone. I used both the garlic powder and fresh garlic. The recipe is missing some ingredients from the gravy, so I used: 1 1/2 cups water, 3tsp beef bouillion, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/2 tsp salt, fresh ground pepper, 1/2 cup heavy cream, 1/2 cup sour cream with very tasty results. I served them with boiled baby potatoes. Made for the Billboard recipe tag game.
