- 1 cup peanut butter (For best results, use regular peanut butter, either creamy or crunchy. Reduced-fat peanut butter is not recommended)
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 3 cups quick or old fashioned oats
- Granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
What You Will Need

In large bowl, beat brown sugar, peanut butter and margarine until creamy. Add water, egg and vanilla; beat well. Add combined oats, flour and baking soda; mix well. Cover; chill about 2 hours.
