"Has the spice of medium salsa. If you like hotter, add more hot peppers. If you like mild salsa, omit the serranos. This recipe is not suitable for water bath canning, but you could use a pressure canner. Makes 1 quart."

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Saute peppers, onion, garlic and cumin seed in a large saucepan until lightly browned.
