" Patty pan squash need something to perk them up so I created this recipe to do just that. The size of your squash will depend on how many this recipe will serve. If your squash will not hold all the stuffing just put leftovers in a piece of foil and bake at 375 for 20 minutes. If you do not wish to use wine substitute with apple juice. The baking time will vary - this 6 inch squash had a shell about 1 inch thick. Adjust your baking time accordingly."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cut the top off the squash and remove the seeds and membrane. Reserve the hat (top of squash).
Step 2
Mix all the ingredients together, mix well Stuff the squash and put it's hat back on
Step 3
Bake in a 375 0ven for 1 hour or adjust the time for smaller squash most will take at least 45 minutes
