Absolutely delicious and also very adaptable to other veggies too (and maybe even meat). We used skinny asparagus instead of bok chow and only one onion. Served over rice for a wonderful and easy dinner. Thanks for sharing!

This is so...so...yummy...I gave the hubby his plate and the first thing he said was..."Wow is this yummy"...see I can not lie to you...I cut the recipe in half...knowing there was no way we could each eat 1/2 pound of beef...along with all those veggies...it turned out that we had two large portions of the dish...I'm stuffed...served it over rice...made for "WOTM" tag game...

Very tasty recipe! I used chip steak which I originally defrosted for Philly cheese steak sandwiches, however since I didn't have any rolls I decided I could use it in this dish instead. It worked out perfectly. I made it for lunch today for me and for dinner tonight for DH & DD. I served it on top of a combo of white and brown quick cooking rice. Made for Billboard tag!
