Step by Step Method

Step 1

Mix the marinade ingredients together in a large, shallow bowl; add the steak and marinated 30 minutes. Grill over medium heat about 10 minutes per side, or until it reaches a safe internal temperature of 145°F. Remove the steak from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes. Slice thin against the grain, then into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2

Mix salsa with Sriracha sauce. For each lettuce wrap, pile sliced steak in the center of a lettuce leaf; top with radish, avocado and cilantro leaves (if using). Spoon Sriracha-salsa over the top and add a squeeze of lime. Serve immediately with warmed flour tortillas as an accompaniment.

Step 3

Refrigerate any leftovers.

Great steak! I just used the lettuce and used green leaf. Next time I'll choose a different lettuce, as the green leaf kept tearing and I had a very messy wrap. LOL! I had tortillas, but was trying to just use the lettuce. These wraps turn out as a beautiful meal. The radish and avocado were perfect toppings!

Flavorful, spicy and delish! We really enjoyed these steak wraps. I included the radishes; although, DH isn't a fan. LOL Definitely a keeper of a recipe.
