Steak Breakfast Scramble For 2
"If you've read descriptions of some my recipes,you know I LOVE to use leftovers. After my SO made our Valentine's Day Dinner,there was some Filet Mignon and a baked potato leftover. So I created this for our breakfast the next morning. Posted to " ZAZZ " on 2/19/15. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Over medium heat in a medium size skillet add oil and heat until hot but not smoking add onion and cook until softened.
Step 2
Add potatoes and cook until lightly browned,remove from skillet and keep warm.
Step 3
If needed,place 1 Tablespoon oil in skillet then add steak and warm through.
Step 4
Return potato/onion mixture to skillet,pour eggs over all then sprinkle with desired amount of seasonings.
Step 5
Scramble all ingredients, until desired consistency for eggs are reached.
Step 6
If desired,sprinkle with cheese.

No special items needed.
