"This is a nice spicy dip I like to serve with nachos or baked pita chips or even on celery. I only use the name brand mayonnaise and hot sauce listed in the ingredients as they have distinct flavours that work well together."

Sadly I can not get Frank's hot sauce where I live, so I had to substitute. I was going to use Chipotle Tabasco but I remember I had an open jar of Harisa that I need to finish and I went with that. It turned out really good. I ended up using it as a spread on a roasted onion and eggplant sandwich. I think the original recipe would go great as a spread on a chicken fried steak sandwich. As soon as I get a hold of some Frank's, I will give it a try.

Made this for a friend, for his Sunday football viewing, LOL. He loved it. I doubled the recipe. I did add some scallions to the dip, because my friend loves onions - just a couple. But, it was just as good without the onions. I had to taste for quality control of course. Served with crackers. Tasty, easy and quick. Perfect! And, Franks is my favorite, so that was a plus.
