Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a bowl combine all ingredients except the seasoned salt using clean hands to mix. Shape into 3-4 patties. Place onto a plate. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.

Step 2

Grill until cooked thoroughly seasoning the outside of the patties with seasoned salt about halfway through or towards the end of grilling

Eating these will make you happy. They are so packed with flavors and a real winner with us! My wife has added them to our meal rotation and we will enjoy them all year long. Tortilla chips are great as a side to munch along with the burgers!

This a real "catch your attention burger". The Chipotle with adobo is wonderful. I made 3 burgers and used 5 very large cloves of garlic. I added sliced tomato, slice sweet onion and lettuce plus a portion of Laughing Cow cheese. Just a great Saturday night burger. Thanks Kitten
