Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Grease a pie plate.
Step 3
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion, jalapeno pepper, and garlic, saute for 2-3 minutes, or until onions are soft. Add refried beans to the sauce pan and stir until heated through. Remove from heat and fold in cream cheese and hot sauce.
Step 4
Spread mixture into a pie dish and top with cheddar cheese.
Step 5
Bake for 20-22 minutes, or until cheese is completely melted.
Step 6
Garnish with green onion. SOOOO good!
