Spicy Oven-Baked Shrimp Skewers

"These are delicious skewers I make in the winter time when the BBQ is covered in snow. These are just as good as grilled skewers, if not better. the prep time listed does not include the marinating time."

Spicy and delicious!

Review by DiabeticDelimma1

We really enjoyed these easy to make shrimp skewers. I didn't have all the ingredients so skipped the ones I was out of, so my shrimp may have been less spicy than if I used all the ingredients but still very yummy! Thanks for sharing this keeper!

I made these on a RV trip with our 7 year old grandson...I doubled the recipe knowing he loved shrimp...we made pigs of our self's...cooked them on the grill and served with grilled red potatoes and corn on the cob...delicious...and so easy...made for "Bill Board" tag game...

Grilling is my specialty so I cooked these on the grill! Me and my wife ate our way through this serving for six in no time and enjoyed them immensely with an ear or two of corn.

I cooked out on the grill for the long weekend but wanted to make these as part of the menu, so we marinated them then grilled them and they were excellent! I am happy that these can be made inside so I can have them any time I want. The grill gave them an extra special flavor that the adults really loved!

Delicious and easy. The only thing I will do differently next time is to crush my red pepper flakes a bit more for better distribution in the marinade. The cooking time is perfect for large shrimp. Not a bit over or under cooked. These seasonings would make wonderful shrimp tacos! We loved this recipe and will make it often.
