Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat broiler.

Step 2

Combine first 6 ingredients in a large bowl.

Step 3

Add chicken to bowl, and toss to coat.

Step 4

Place chicken on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil chicken 5 minutes on each side.

Step 5

Combine honey and vinegar in a small bowl, stirring well. Remove chicken from oven.

Step 6

Brush 1/4 cup honey mixture on chicken. Broil 1 minute.

Step 7

Remove chicken from oven, and turn over.

Step 8

Brush chicken with remaining honey mixture.

Step 9

Broil 1 additional minute, or until chicken is done.

Excellent and very easy. My chicken pieces were on the small side so broiled them about 3 minutes each side before brushing them with glaze. They were a hit. My only problem was I cut recipe in half for two of us and wish I had made whole recipe for leftovers!

I realized only after my chicken thighs thawed that they were bone in thighs, so I had to adjust the cook time. I mixed the chicken pieces with the spices and baked them in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes, then brushed them with the honey vinegar mixture and broiled both sides for 2 minutes. Turned out delicious!!!
