"This baked fish couldn't be easier! Found a recipe that I used as a guide but cut the amount of olive oil and butter in half and the fish still came out very moist. I fixed frozen seasoned potato curls and had a delish lunch just for me!"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Step 2

Place fish fillet in a baking dish that has been prepared with cooking spray.

Step 3

Season with salt, pepper, and cajun seasoning mix. (Just sprinkle on top, no need to season both sides)

Step 4

Drizzle with olive oil, and dot with butter.

Step 5

Place the two slices of lemon on top. Squeeze juice from what's remaining after cutting the two slices over the fish.

Step 6

Bake for 20 minutes or until the fish is fully cooked and flakes easily.

No Swai but did use the suggested Tilapia. Zippy seasoning and perfect timing and temperature for the fish. Will use this method again and try various spice combinations for fun. Thanks gkwillow.
