Step by Step Method

Step 1

Rub the spices into the salmon fillets.

Step 2

In a medium frying pan heat the oil.Add salmon.

Step 3

Cook 2 or 3 minutes on each side. . The salmon needs to be seared.

Step 4

Serve over rice and decorate with some sweet Thai chili sauce.

Very good and easy way to cook salmon. I changed things around a bit as I used regular chili power and skipped the lemon grass. Easy and good! Thanks for sharing!

I served the salmon by itself, and dipped in Thai sweet chili sauce, which was just fabulous! I can't wait to have it again. I served it with whole green beans sauteed with onions, sesame seeds, and garlic. So very good. Thank you for sharing this recipe MsPia! Linda
