Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400f degrees Soak raisins in hot water for 15 minutes,drain and chop.
Step 2
In bowl, combine raisins, lamb, water chestnuts, onions, garlic, allspice, cinnamon and pepper to taste, mix well. Shape into 25 bite size balls.
Step 3
Arrange in a single layer on ungreased baking tray. Bake, uncovered in 400f degree oven for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Serve on toothpicks with a dipping sauce of your choice - we like one with a little heat
