Enjoyed. This made for an excellent supper soup on a cold and dreary Saskatchewan evening. I doubled the recipe to have enough left over for lunch. Had fresh mushrooms needing using which worked well for stems and pieces, only had a few olives, even without the extra olives a wonderful tasting hamburger soup with just enough differance to add the recipe to my Soup Cookbook. Thank you Dreamer.

I messed up and didn't have the carrots that the recipe uses, so subbed chopped tomato. This chili-like soup has an excellent tang and different flavor from the usual hamburger/tomato soup. And I liked that it was so quick and easy to put together with mostly pantry items.
