Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine dry frosting mix with corn syrup, vanilla and boiling water in a mixer bowl.
Step 2
Beat on highest speed until stiff peaks form.
Step 3
Transfer to large mixer bowl and on low speed or by hand, gradually blend in icing sugar.
Step 4
Stir in nuts.
Step 5
Drop mixture by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
Step 6
When outside of candy feels firm, turn over. Dry at least 12 hours.
