"I originally found this recipe in Taste Of Home Cookbook. We really enjoyed the flavors in this dish I'm hoping you will also, just make sure that you use balsamic viniagrette dressing not balsamic vinegar! "

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

Step 2

Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels with a slotted spoon; drain, reserving 2-3 tablespoons drippings. Saute tomatoes in drippings until tender. Drain spaghetti; stir into skillet. Add the spinach, bacon, vinaigrette, salt and pepper; heat through. Sprinkle with cheese.

Step 3

Saute tomatoes, garlic and spicy chili flakes in bacon drippings until tender. Drain spaghetti; stir into skillet. Add the spinach, bacon and vinaigrette; heat through. Season with salt and pepper to your desired liking. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese cheese.
