Step by Step Method

Step 1

In a large pot or skillet, brown the sausage with onion and garlic.

Add remaining ingredients except for olives and simmer, covered for about 1 hour or more (add olives the last 15 minutes of cooing time and season with pepper and more salt if you need to).

Serve over cooked spaghetti.

Followed the recipe except for the bacon. It was a little sweet for us with 2 tsp. sugar. Would cut it down if I were to make it again.
