Other than the marinating time these took no time at all on the grill. They were so easy to make and so delicious! I scaled the recipe down for two servings and we had them tucked inside a multigrain flatbread. Thank you Deb for another great recipe! Linda

We finally broke down and cleaned the grill so we could make these kabobs. We loved them and they were so well flavored. We just added a little salt and pepper at serving time and they were ready to go!

Since there was just two of us eating I cut the ingredients in half. We loved the taste of these kabobs and they were so tender. This is going into my special recipes file. We will definitely have them again!

Oh my these are wonderful! I thought of adding garlic, but decided not to, and they were full of herby citrusy flavour! Didn't miss the garlic one bit! These will be great this summer. I used strip loin steak, and they were very tender. Thank you AcadiaToo for sharing. Made for Billboard Recipe Tag.

Delicious! Have been tying new recipes with summer in mind, we loved these kabobs and have the recipe added to my Outdoor Cookbook. Can't wait to make these for family and friends. I did use cubed beef instead of lamb with excellent results. Thank you and thank your daughter for sharing a recipe that will see to many repeats at our house.

Made these using venison because I had lots in the freezer. I find it very similar to lamb. They turned out perfectly. Made for the Billboard Recipe Tag Game.
