"I found this recipe on the back of a Campbell's soup can and,I haven't tried it yet.I just wanted to put here for safe keeping. If anyone makes this before I do,and you find something wrong please let me know. I'm including the " STAND TIME " in the cooking time. Submitted to " ZAZZ " on March 7th.2014. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step by Step Method

Step 1

Cook beef,onion, and chili powder in a 10 inch skillet over medium heat until beef is well browned and onion is softened.

Step 2

Drain and return meat to skillet.

Step 3

Then add soup,water,tomatoes,and beans and bring to a boil.

Step 4

Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 10 minutes.

Step 5

Remove from heat and stir in rice,then cover and let sit for 5 minutes.

Step 6

Sprinkle with cheese and serve with tortilla chips.
