Step by Step Method

Step 1

Combine the bread crumbs with spices; store in airtight container in the fridge, or use right away.

Step 2

To prepare, combine broth and butter in saucepan until boiling. Stir in stuffing mix; remove from heat and cover tightly. Let stand for 5 minutes.

Step 3

Fluff with a fork before serving.

This recipe was as good as I thought it would be! I scaled to half to try and was very pleased with the results. It will be great to have on hand during the holiday season. Making your own cubed crumbs sees this far superior to any off the shelf stove top stuffing I have tried. Since it is made in a pan, for the holidays I will likely saute a bit of diced onion and celery but all in all the recipe is great on it's own I will be adding this recipe to our Christmas 2022 over at the Potluck Forum. Thank you for sharing.
