"In recent months I've discovered oatmeal as a new favorite ingredient for breakfast & dessert recipes. Then this recipe arrived this morning in my latest Grandparentsdotcom Newsletter. -- "Chocolate, graham crackers & mini marshmallows make this oatmeal recipe really pop. This indulgent breakfast treat comes from The S’mores Cookbook (F&W Media) by Susan Whetzel, which is filled w/similarly flavored treats." The intro already had my attention w/"Chocolate". Enjoy!"

I loved this, it was rich and delicious! I used less salt, but other than that, stuck to the recipe amounts. If you wanted to dial back on the decadence, you could get away with using less of the last 4 ingredients, and still have nearly as good of a treat for your breakfast.
