"I wanted a special meal for our New Year's Eve 2014 dinner, but also wanted it to be a " Comfort Food " meal. And this recipe most certainly met those " wants ". If you don't like using canned soups, then this recipe isn't for you. If you don't like the soup called for just sub Cream of Mushroom. I used rice, but feel free to serve it over mashed spuds or even noodles. This recipe was posted to " ZAZZ " by request of ImPat. Submitted to " ZAZZ " on 1/5/15. " Keep Smiling :)"

Great chops! Mine were quite a bit thicker than specified - closer to 1 1/2 inch thick -- but they were wonderful cooked this way. I did use the extra water and made as directed for a wonderful meal. Served with baby potatoes and salad. Thanks for sharing!
