"Lately I've been making quite a few recipes from TOH's 2013 Quick Cooking Annual Recipes. This was sent in to them by Annette Thompson from Woodbury,Vermont. I followed the recipe, but I thought it was WAY,WAY too much ketchup. I recommend decreasing the amount from 2 cups down to 1 1/2 cups.I didn't have the dried minced garlic,so I used the same amount of garlic powder. For a little texture to the meat after being in the Crock Pot,I placed them on a foil lined cookie sheet and covered with a little of the sauce. Then placed them under the broiler for a few minutes. For easier clean up, I suggest preparing the Crockpot with cooking spray.Posted to " ZAZZ " on June 30th.2014. The sauce for these is wonderful. In my opinion the ribs needed to stay cooking longer, the meat was not tender enough for us. Overall this is a good dish.
