Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat a large baking sheet with cooking spray.

Step 2

In shallow bowl, mix all dry spices together. Heat a large skillet with vegetable oil.

Step 3

Dip each chicen piece in egg first then into spice mixture; coat well. Add to the skillet and brown on both sides. Remove to paper toweling to drain oil. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes.

I'm giving this 5 stars all the way, and I reduced the flour to 3/4 cup, no thyme or ginger. we loved this chicken!

I liked this chicken and knowing it is semi lower fat made me like it even more, it's a recipe I will make over again, just to let you know that 1 cup of flour was too much I'll reduce amount next time. thanks
