"I have made the original recipe several times since finding it on a now defunct recipe site. And I asked Chef Deely who is now a member here, if I could post it here with the changes I made. And she was gracious enough to let me. :)So here's my version of her recipe. There are two " cook times ", one is for slightly browning the chops, and the other is for baking in the oven. The first " cook time " is included in the prep time. And the 75 minutes is actually 1 hour and 15 minutes.Submitted to " ZAAZ " on April 7th.2014. " Keep Smiling :)"

This is a tasty recipe I will make again. I halved the recipe using 2 chops and I used 9 ounces of my homemade cream of mushroom soup, instead of the condensed soup and water, with half a cup of the rice and the onions. The rice was cooked through in 30 minutes. When I make this again, I will make half the rice mixture as there was lots of rice leftover which I will probably use for fried rice later. Thx for sharing this yummy recipe.
