You need to cut enough pieces of pepper to place one piece between each scallop. Use another dressing if you wish. Make this recipe on a regular BBQ turning the skewers half way through cooking"

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Rinse the scallops and dry them
Step 2
Place a half mushroom on a skewer, add a scallop, then a pepper piece
Step 3
Continue adding a scallop then a pepper pieces, ending with a half mushroom.
Step 4
Do all four skewers
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper
Step 6
Paint the skewers on all sides with the dressing
Step 7
Place your skewers on the pre heated grill, close the lid
Step 8
Grill for apprx 5-6 minutes or until the scallops are cooked
