Simple Curry Powder
"This is not a complex curry powder but if you don't have the time to toast your spices or if you run out of curry powder, here is a recipe that will fill the bill. This is a mild curry powder."

- 3 1/2 tablespoons coriander powder
- 2 tablespoons ginger powder
- 4 tablespoons turmeric powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cayenne (or more if you want a hotter mix)
